Lab designs, learning progress, language and theme preferences and your cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device, are needed for the features you use, and are not used for tracking. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TDDDG (strictly necessary).

If you create an account, your email address, sign-in data, AV lab attempts and private assistant conversations are stored on our hosting backend to provide the service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract). Pages behind sign-in are never measured by analytics.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to count visits to public pages. Google Analytics is not loaded at all before you click "Accept all". We use Google Consent Mode v2 with advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation always denied, and Google signals disabled.

Cookies set after consent: _ga and _ga_<ID> (distinguish visitors; up to 2 years). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG (consent).

You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings"; Analytics stops immediately and its cookies are removed from this site.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
