HDMI-CEC: touch-panel power fails

Symptom: Touch-panel power does not reach the TV after its Ethernet cable was removed.

  • Keep all seeded equipment and the microphone → DSP → speaker and PC → matrix → screen signal paths.
  • Keep the microphone at 48 kHz, PoE supply enabled and protected-content requirements unchanged.

Success checks

  • Screen has a healthy video path
  • Microphone reaches speaker without echo or clipping
  • Hidden until resolved
  • Microphone keeps 48 kHz and its required PoE supply
  • Original sources, equipment and conference reference retained
